I see wellness as a celebration of yoga, spiritual movement, and Ayurveda. These are all things I am passionate about and enjoy sharing with others. My goal is to merge these practices in an approachable way to create a strong, lasting connection to an individual's mind, body, and soul. As a yoga instructor and ayurvedic consultant, I am no stranger to the healing power of movement within the body. I use a mindful approach to lead you through a safe, inspiring, alignment-based experience that will leave you feeling empowered, strengthened, and renewed. I emphasize strength and balance to achieve optimal joint health and function. I am a firm believer in empowering others in a supportive and inclusive environment.
